How to run a golf tournament as a fundraiser for about 32 golfers?

Kendo_3 asked: I need to run a golf tournament for a buch of hackers to try and raise money for our Church’s youth group to go to camp this summer. I have run Captain’s Choice tournamnets before, but never one to raise money for a cause. What are the best ways to do this?Violet
